I've searched the web and used all the available details, but didn't find anything related to the error you've been receiving. However, I do recommend checking the Technical Notes section on their official website to read more about the way the software needs to be configured.
The PDF files contain instructions for all the available operations in the software. Make sure that you have a PDF reader installed as well.
My name is Alex O and my question is to know if there is a way through the software to make a template using all 9 ortho pictures as one image? Please let me know. Thank you!

I couldn't find the exact practice for this inquiry, but there are tutorial videos available where you can check how the software works and what are its features. Use the link posted below to reach the training videos categories. Click on each category to get the links to various features.
There is a very comprehensive user guide available for download. You can use it to learn how to configure the DB server for this application. There are also details on how to configure it to avoid disconnection.
We just switched to Windows 10 and were told that EasyDent 4 Viewer was not compatible and would like to know if there is something we can do to make it compatible?

Ignore the compatibility issue and right click the setup package then go to Properties > Compatibility. Choose a Windows version that you know it's compatible and then tick the tick the Run as Administrator. Install the application and then download the UPDATE module that enhances the program using the link below.
Secondly, contact the developers for support because I can't install the application since I need the password to install it: http://www.ezdent.com/Support.htm
The viewer will only let you access the data and view it without the option of modifying it. This operation can be done in the main software and luckily, there is an application for that.
